The Traditional SnowWalker is about as traditional as you can get in HDPE! Hood design is reflective of early toboggan designs with a large radius followed by a tight curl at the top. Crosspieces are made of the north wood’s Black Ash with a liberal coat of exterior oil. Fasteners are copper nails run through crosspiece and riveted with a copper burr.

Both 10.5’ toboggan and 8.5' toboggans come in black HDPE. Like the SnowWalker, it has a no-maintenance HDPE bottom for ease of pulling and durability. Running line and tumpline are made of black 4mm kernmantle (nylon core with a durable sheath). Tumpline is a wide cotton band and places you 9.5 feet in front of the toboggan. A loop at the tail allows for controlled descents or skijoring control when under dog power. This toboggan can be gracefully bent or rolled up to fit into any vehicle or the plane that will land you on Beaverhouse Lake for your winter walk back to Ely!
